Before you write
A few things answer most questions faster than we can:
- Google sign-in not working? Use email and a password instead — it works today.
- Paid but no access? Open Profile → My purchases. If it says Payment not completed, no money was taken.
- Want a refund? The refund policy sets out exactly what qualifies.
